...Sea of Corn...

I apologise for not commenting on your excellent talent these past weeks.
As much as I Love Fotopages and have been a constant loyal participant for over a year.Given the constant slowness and difficulty to post comments.I looked for an alternative place to post my photographs.
I know Fotopages Admin is currently working on speeding things up and hopefully in the near future they will be up to speed and running smoothly.
I will NOT be leaving this great place but i will be limiting my posts here. With a heavy heart I am sorry to say this.
I have made some great friends here this past year and I already miss you.

I would like to invite my Fotopage friends that might be interested to visit my new page at

http://www.flickr.com/photos/bail56

I love you all

Chris

Chris that is sad to hear. i also looked at using flickr when fotopages was going through a tough time. but ive decided to stick with it for now. dont be too infrequent here eh? Sun 14-Nov-2004 00:39

Tough to hang with all the errors. I have the luxury of being able to try to access the system throughout the day, but some days I just can't seem to hit a quiet time. Thanks for the link, we'll let you know when things here are back up to speed! Sun 14-Nov-2004 02:43

Oh, Chris, how can I ever survive without you? It just won't be the same without your comments to look forward to...and your photos can make my heart stop beating while I stare in awe at each post. I think I'll melt away into nothingness without you, Sweetheart... Sun 14-Nov-2004 02:50

Thank you for all your great pictures and all your encouragements. I have a feeling about the slowness also, I was or am more and more discouraged with my "poor" computer ... Love you, Chris. Sun 14-Nov-2004 12:05

we in germany say "it's impossible to dance on two marriages..."

i am in the same situation. for myself i decided to use flickr as my no.1 fotolog also.
but on the other hand i won't leave here...

i am sorry for some users' pages that i could not open for commenting so many times. if this happens too often, you lose patience...
this is real pity as i loved it here, too.
let's see what the future will bring.
maybe some will move to flickr, too (some already did )...

best wishes and i already love your site at flickr

Hey man. you got to do what you got to do. When you buy a high speed computer and paying for high speed cable internet service and try to work with a slow ass site as this, well I don't blame you for moving to flickr. I support you move100% and to evey body that loves Chris's pictures should do the same thing. Sun 14-Nov-2004 22:29

To be able to update photos recently I have had to reduce the photos in Photoshop to 6" wide by 4" tall and then they load reasonably quickly. Great fotopage - will check out your new site. Sat 4-Dec-2004 15:49
